Confronting Narratives in Preaching
In Sermon writing we should keep in mind the current cultural narratives (some of which are not always known explicitly by that culture) that conflict with the teaching of Christianity. Our culture will continuously catechize us, therefore we must be on guard. Therefore, our preaching should at times seek to confront and tear-down these unbiblical ideas.
