  1. If you throw a tantrum the answer is always: No.
  2. Special time, 20 minutes where you do what they want to do. No teaching, correcting, just doing what they want. (If they cheat at a game for example you cheat).
  3. Relationships are key to influence. Consists of time + listening.
    1. When a child feels that they have been listened to they will be more likely to listen to you, even if the answer is no.
  4. Notice what is good in your kids, more than what is wrong.
  5. Set Boundaries, family rules

    2. Tell each other with respect
